Began dancing at BalletMet at the age of ten, after having received an outreach scholarship. She continued to dance at OSU where she performed under the direction of Ronald K. Brown, Victoria Uris, and Rosalind Pierson. After graduating with a BFA in dance performance, Ms. Tannehill also performed with Stuart Pimsler Dance Theatre. She is a founding member of the Dance Cure, and is now also a practicing dentist.
